Not sure if this for the head quarters but if I have to I will review every single children’s place to make sure no one shops them again!I have been a loyal customer for 20 years shopping for all my children. This is the first time that I have had extremely bad experience. I placed an order on Jan 17 for my son’s Easter and other spring clothes. Jan 19 got told it shipped and would be at my house for Jan 21, then as I keep checking each day the delivery date got changed. Well I would then hit the tracking number and that got me to LaserShip. Which said it’s in a vehicle and that’s it. On Jan 26 said it was delivered at 8:49 pm. I have security cameras and nothing shows anyone or thing being left at my front door. Tried several attempts with lazer ship to get this resolved and now their website it down. Contacted CP customer service 3 times to get no where with them. I am now charged for no product. I have sent a complaint to BBB and the attorney General‘s office.

just left and couldn't find what we were looking for and a super helpful attendant named YasLin saved the day and solved our slight dilemma.

Store hours are listed as closes at 7pm on the website, but one of the representatives said that they’re supposed to close the door at 6:50 pm. You should consider changing store hours, so people don’t have to rush out of work to make it right before 7 to then find the doors closed. Tried to explain my situation, but they don’t care about their customers!!

Employees are rude and the manager is worse than the employees. She speaks to customers in a very rude tone and hates to help the customers. You can’t ask anything she will respond with an attitude or a smart comment. If the manager is bad than for sure employees will be bad too. She needs training on how to give better customer service. Hate going to the actual store because of her rather order online. And she makes fun of customers with the employees since most customers don’t speak English it’s ridiculous. Children’s place needs to fix this.

My daughter purchase a pair of shoes for my grandson there. She didnt have the tag but the shoes was unworn and she had the receipt and someone by the name of Lissette said she could refund the money.talking about the store in Passaic has a different policy. LIES JUST LIES. THE STORE IN PASSAIC ARE VERY RUDE AND DONT FOLLOW STORE POLICY

This Children's Place is totally reduliculos.. I was at th e store and spent all this money.. had to go back to exchange a dress.. that's all I needed.. and be cause it was 7pm.. the dum guy acting as a manager.. didn't let me in.. service stinks.. never again..

Small tiny space unsuitable for wheelchair bound or a person pushing a baby in any kid of stroller. The manager is all types of rude even to her co workers. Just sits on her a** shouting out orders for them to do and wont move when they need help at the register. Was so bad that i had to call corporate because that type of treatment toward anyone is wrong
