They kept me involved in terms of the parts used, and provided warranty as well. the owner to the mechanic were all friendly and transparent throughout the process. Although they recommended other services given the age of the car, there was no upsell pressure.”

The only downside is that they don’t provide a before-and-after alignment report, which would have been helpful. Aside from that, everything else was good and I would consider coming back.”

There was a lot of guessing including transmission issues but nothing concrete. George ran a diagnostic while driving my car and was able to figure out my issue… spark plugs/ tuneup… He also went above and beyond by checking everything to ensure my car was safe in the road…”

“Chrysler replaced my transmission twice. When it broke the third time, I brought it to Barrett. Rich called me at the end of everyday giving me updates. He even stayed late one night to get it done becauce we were without a car for 2 weeks waiting for chrysler. Chrysler has still not returned any of our calls.
