I booked equipment last sunday, when l arrived on time that employee(Andrew) told me that they don't have that equipment and force me to cancel or go other location with bad behavior. Messed up my daily schedule,
No apology, no taking responsibility for their system fault, then l called their customer service. Still waiting $50 credit which they promised on reservation

The staff that was there was great. They worked quickly and diligently. At the time of
picking up the truck they were both very busy as well as at the time of drop off. Since this is the only Uhaul in the town, perhaps getting more staff would be helpful to assist customers faster. Two staff members did not appear to be sufficient for the demand the store appears to have. I came to this location in June and it was busy as well.

This is my second time to use Uhaul Passaic location. At this time my husband and I experienced a nasty & uncomfortable time with the front desk male. Thursday, August 1 at 5:45 pm. The customer service guy was extremely disrespectful towards us. He almost went into a fight with my husband just because we asked him where to dropp off the truck. I understand working under pressure but he can not treat people like that. He yelled at my husband. We are decent people. My husband is a martial arts instructor & im a law enforcement officer. We didn't tell him. We treated him with respect. This young guy looks and acts like a gang member. Manager please you guys have to take actions about this guy. Thank you

I just want to say thank you to Kevin Flores Store Manager for resolving my issue in just a fast time matter. We need more managers like him that understand the issue and fines a solution quick. Thank you and have a blessed day definitely recommend this area 100%
