A technical issue screwed up the tracking numbers on an intercepted package. The staff here resolved the issue by digging up the necessary information and making the necessary calls very promptly.

This is my favorite USPS store. The ladies here at this USPS store is polite, expeditious, and very efficient in their service, I come from the next town over because they just work so much better than the others. I can get in and out in under 8 mins even with 5 or 6 people ahead of me. That is unheard of in USPS in my town. Though I do think it is a bit comical that they work behind bullet proof glass, (I think this USPS was built when the neighborhood was not that great), it does not slow the USPS ladiesdown at all. This is my go to USPS store.

These ladies by far are so very nice and attentive. Why can’t the rest of the post offices be as efficient and nice as this one? Blessings to all the entire staff. You made my day with your service.I was in and out of the office in 7 minutes waiting time included, 5 folks were in front of me… That’s service.

People who's working there are very helpful and explain you patiently no missing a detail. The bad thing is i saw just 1 lady working on the window, hope there will be more so then the waiting line won't be so long and boring.

worst customer service ever had. she hold me on the line 20 minutes and when i asked her please dont hold me in the line that long again , her answer was " dont ever talk to me like that " she doesnt even understand meaning of PLEASE, she thinks that she is CEO of usps postal service and i was thinking she is a regular worker but sad part is she is a supervisor. SHE IS THE MEANEST PERSON WHO EVER WORKED IN USPS. I seen that many people who left reviews with 1 star probably because of HER.

This location is spacious with colonial detail, and the entire staff are there working very diligently to help the most difficult tasks. Please be easy on them I’m sure their job is not easy! Thanks to the ladies that work there I’ll keep my P.O. Box.

I'll give them -5 if here were the option. This is the second time that I proof that the customer service is awfull here.
