Ive had bad experiences here a few years back but now that im settled in this area Ive been visiting here more frequently and the staff in the pharmacy specifically has been great for the most part. I love that there is a drive thru which is convenient being a mom with 2 little ones, its too much work to go anywhere. The store itself seems to have everything in stock. Im always tempted to order for pickup but thats where i had the bad experience so im on the fence about it.

This place does not deserve a single star, it is sad to see how each time the services are monopolized by chains like these for their benefit but they give the customer the worst service since in my experience they hire untrained personnel and do not invest in training them either. *Never take a photo for your passport in this place* although in the end we didn't do it, it was frustrating to come here for that service, for three occasions, first of all there were 2 people in cashier service, ordering the merchandise and also in photos, wow 2 people doing everything and nothing really because they didn't help me personally, I just wasted my time, they have an old basic camera and they expect you to sit on a bench surrounded by drawers while they talk to other people and in the end they leave you because someone came to the cashier to pay. The other one, the service is requested, goes with you to the photo place and there are other people and attends to those people and leaves you aside, and, finally, on a different day we went to see if we could get the photo and once we were seated and ready for the photo, the employee of the place simply said I can't find the camera, after my husband asked if they could take the photo. These only show disorganized staff who care little about serving people, of course they always seem to have problems because if you see their faces they make you desperate.

very negative staff in this store, I visited it four times to take a photo, or there is no one to serve, because there are two cashiers for the whole store, so you wait for 30 minutes, or the equipment is not working, and today I came to take a photo, sat down and waited and the employee informed me that there is no camera. worst service ever

The staff has to be trained. A simple return even if it's done at a different location. It's a process that must be done. Treating everybody as a criminal is not a way to handle business. All female Shipley's at the store need to be retrained. There's plenty of better Walgreens this one has gotten really bad.

Pharmacy Manager NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
****DO NOT SEND ANYONE WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES OR MEMORY ISSUES TO THIS PHARMACY - IT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS****
She argued with me for 15 minutes, telling me that I just picked up the medicine a few days ago. She argued for 15 minutes, UNTIL she realized she was looking at the WRONG YEAR.
How does the PHARMACIST MANAGER NOT KNOW WHAT YEAR IT IS?? How does she NOT KNOW how to use their computer to see what YEAR it is!??
She made me feel like I was crazy, all because SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT YEAR IT IS, and she was looking at the WRONG YEAR IN THE SYSTEM.
When she finally started filling the script, she didn't say anything. I waited 15 minutes only to have to go back in line and ask ANOTHER employee and they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. Why did I wait FIFTEEN minutes with ZERO information??

I brought my issues up to Walgreens customer service phone number. I don't think I have to explain much. Extremely dissatisfied.
First, go to the one on Outwater lane. They are extremely reliable and absolutely pleasant, even if something is out of stock or unavailable, they communicate great.
Secondly, the issue is the overwhelming staff at this location. Either staff is unable to accomodate to customers in a timely manner or hire staff that can actually provide Customer Service. It's been kinda draw of the luck if you have a problem.
Lastly, please do not reach out to me about my experience. Mines, along with others who have gave it a poor review should say it for yourself.
But not everyone will have a bad time or unpleasant experience. I understand that in this time and age that the work load and demand is alot, but providing a genuine customer service to us is extremely important for us to continue business. Instead, we are left unattended, no communication, and no help.

Pretty normal, decent Walgreens except for the awful smell inside the drinks cooler.

This Walgreens consistently provides poor customer service. I’m disappointed to see workers that aren’t aware of the store promotions and do nothing to rectify the situation. Julio the store manager is not helpful at all. I hope the customer service will improve.

Unfortunately, this Walgreens location has consistently failed in providing quality customer service. Often times the store workers are not aware of the promotions and do nothing to rectify the situation. It is extremely difficult to continue to support this location. I hope in the future customer service is better.

Good attention but they need to clean the exterior yard that is full of garbage. I know that it's not their responsability because the sidewalks's dirtyness is caused by the people that walks around but maybe they could help and put garbage cans as the big store next to them did it.
