Don't even bother stoping by at this 7-eleven even if ur dying of thirst they will came to this one couple times they will upsale u on the most expensive features for items just to not have everything in stock was charge for a cheeseburger hotdog the hotdogs bun section was empty but plenty of dogs on the racks to have no buns I only wanted a plan dog with ketchup just for the rude black lady to first after paid for the hotdog for her be on the phone then throw the bun over my head and expected me to pick it up from the floor until i looked at her like for real? Slams another bun on the counter so I ask wheres the ketchup then and was told it dosent come with ketchup then i asked why'd you charge me for the most expensive one if u had no condiments and not even ketchup for a hotdog? then the lady starts trying to insult me because she got caught ripping me off nonetheless the pick and choose when to let use the bathroom and it only becomes available for select few people employees know out of work or police officers but not always the general public because these people at the afternoon and the night shift are very lazy rude and disrespectful they complain out loud on how they don't want to do their job. manager needs to clean house before he goes bankrupt ripping off customers isn't a good look if u wanna keep a steady business

They are very rude there a lady that works there that don’t know how to talk to paying customer after I made a purchase at 630pm I asked if I can play lottery she told me lottery is closed I already know 900pm they stop playing lottery so I asked why is it closed it’s only 630pm she said I know it’s 630 it’s closed I guess I’ll just stop playing lottery there because they close when ever they feel like it

Worst 711 ever I’ve walked in to that have no change for any money at 9 o’clock and they don’t do any type of lottery. Also, they are very rude. There’s an African-American woman and a short Hispanic gentleman that I have no customer service experience whatsoever answering with attitude First time hearing a 7-Eleven that closes lottery at 9 o’clock. Also that doesn’t wanna sell lottery tickets after 9 o’clock and when I asked does your boss notice they said that it’s his rules I’m sure any smart 7-Eleven owner or any smart convenience store owner, will not close lottery at 9 PM, especially one Powerball is at the highest pot. They either need to learn how to serve customers and treat customers etc..I’m sorry, but my friend whoever owns this 7-Eleven you’re losing money.

I went to the store today to pick up an Amazon package and then went to buy a few items. When I went to use Google pay the machine said card read error and then the employee told me that he doesn't accept Google pay. How does your machine say g pat apple pay and Samsung pay but doesn't work? I just used Google pay the other day at another spot. Horrible service. And an horrible inconvenience
