Be careful with this store, they sold an iPad charged to my account to someone who was not authorized and when I went to make the complaint they said they were going to complete the necessary steps to investigate the fraud, this was on Friday and today, Wednesday, they still haven't done it.
Finally the AT&T online service did it but the store manager "Ricky" doesn't even answer my texts or my calls
They should investigate what's going on in that store.
They are not taking my fraud concern seriously, the store sold an IPAD to an unknown not authorized person and changed it to my account and when I went to cancel the order they did not fill out the appropriate fraud form. Justin was the "seller" and Ricky the manager promised to take care of my case and did not even respond to my text and calls, Finally AT&T costumer online service took my complaint

If you can avoid getting a line with this company, this is the worst company to get a line, they are scammers and thieves. I spent 2 months with them having contracted 2 lines for 186, I never paid that, they made me pay 250 each month and when I wanted to leave there it was almost impossible, they do everything possible to make you stay, they don't open a line with these thieves. They stole more than 2000 dollars from me and they gave me 2 cell phones that are useless and they say they can't change them or do anything, At&t are a bunch of shameless thieves, scammers, go to TMOBILE, it's much better in everything,

The group of workers at the Paterson store is the best group that ATT has, professional, friendly, kind and above all they solve the problem you have in less than 10 minutes. Att paterson are the best.

As I walked in Ricky was diligent in calling me over to resolve the issue I was having. He guided me through my options with AT&T and was very transparent and helpful. I was in a rush to leave and Ricky was that guy for the Job.Very Satisfied with the service.

The service was not good at all, I went twice and they leave you waiting for a long time. It is a very large store for a single server, apart from the zero star AT&T service.
