Good afternoon on 8/16/2024 i purchased the 2013 VW Tiguan for 13 plus thousand dollars by the time we got home the check engine light came on so on the 17 and 18 I continued to drive it around the block to see if it was just a glitch but the light never went off so on 8/19/2024 I called the car dealer spoke to Lenny and told him my concern of the engine light and I was bringing back the car he told me to go to auto zone and let them check the code it’s given and bring him the paperwork when I bring the car I advised him that we were going on vacation for two weeks I’ll come after we get back . After coming back from vacation the car check engine light still on the brake light on we took the car back on 9/11/2024 . A day later Cory called that the car had engine issues and we returned the car they kept my deposit had the car for 3 weeks on their lot refused to do the paperwork to the finance company that the car had been returned due to engine issues. Buyers beware I was sold a lemon

I bought a 2017 jaguar a month and half ago. I dealt with Lenny and what a down to earth person. I did have an issue with my car and it was out of the warranty period. I called Lenny and he came through out of goodwill, which he didn’t have too. If anything this shows not only is Lenny a reputable person it shows that he cares and connects with every person he sells a car too. To me this gained my respect! Would I buy another car from Auto Market? Definitely and so should you! There is a lot of dealerships/salesman that once you drive of that lot they can care a less what happens to that car. Auto market is not one of them. They care about the buyer.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships. This dealership is the best in New Jersey. Their selection is top notch. Customer service is elite and the process is very easy. Leni makes the experience worth it. His team is exemplary and very professional. I recommend anytime. The mechanic on site is amazing.

They are the best we came from PA just to get cars from them. They have great knowledge on cars and trucks they are selling. Very respectful we deal with Len and he is wonderful me and my family go to him we have bought 4 cars from him and I would tell every one to go there make sure u ask for Len.

I had a mixed feeling about this dealership, Cory told about full gas tank and only cracks that I can see through microscope however I saw cracks from front & dent in the back (I understood it’s ok). He mentioned no leaking however there is transmission fluid leaking and would cost $1000 to repair, I brought to dealership owner attention however no resolution. Asked couple screws for the plates when they mail me title, they were ok then nothing in the envelope.
* update, the Audi blew up 2 months after getting with almost 90k miles. This ripped off dealership sold me a junk, I put in too much $ for repairing the engine problems. I took big loss to sell it. Stay away from them!
