My battery went off 2 times in a month , bought it last August, battery have 1 to 2 years guaranteed, went there to exchange the battery, nobody could help me to take the battery away and reinstall a new one, the worker told me to come back at 4pm I asked if he will be there to help he said no, but at 4 we will have enough people to help. I came back at 4:00 pm as he recommended and TY and Anderson, and I guess ONE OF THIS 2 is the chubby man from the last comment I just read, while on the line waiting hearing then talking using foolish language. When it was my turn a young man, looked like the new guy, asked for their help and they told him NO in rude sarcastic way we can’t do that, had no help or change my battery. I explained and they didn’t care . I was standing there, and from far away they say somebody will help you, the new guy again, went outside to check the battery and he said my battery was ok, showed him a picture of my battery examination from earlier today which shows the battery it was not ok, but did not matter and they say if their machine said it was ok then there was nothing they can do, even tho my mechanic told me o need to change my battery HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will wont recommend anybody this store or their products.

I’ve been to this location many times and have always had a positive experience, but this week was an exception. I don’t know the name of the individual, but he was chubby in appearance. When I asked a simple question about a product, he cut me off before I could finish and gave a dismissive, blank response without even checking or considering the product in question. His facial expression and demeanor made it seem like he didn’t want to be there—almost as if he’d skipped breakfast, lunch, and lunch again.
It’s disappointing because, as the saying goes, 'It’s not the place, it’s the people.' I’ve never had an issue here until now, and I hope this isn’t reflective of a larger shift in service quality."

I did order and asked her it’s delivery to my address. She said it’s going to be delivery tomorrow morning in your address. I asked her there is no address in my receipt. Please confirm me it will delivery. She confirmed me. After reach my home and I called Agni and checked again. She received the phone and said we don’t do delivery any personal. Her name is Genesis and she claimed she is the manager. This nasty lady lying again and again. She don’t listen to the customer. How come this stupid lady be a manager for this busy store?
Check this stupid lady before you buy anything from here.

I'm overwhelmed & flabbergasted with the customer service I received today from this franchise.I was spoken to Very unprofessionally & rude from the manager & his female employee.I will be making a report/complaint to corporate & hopefully these employees will be reprimanded for their actions.

The worst customer service I ever seen a guy named Adrian he did not want to help anybody and everything is answer is no so I recommend that not to go this nasty place I went for change my battery I spoke to Adrian and he told me to go wait outside turn off your car I went outside waiting for him over 30 minutes then I go inside and ask him he said I forgot about you then he go out and he said we don't have a battery we don't have a technician and I cannot help with you anything today so I went to the Advance Auto Parts to change my battery right away

This location is a horrible location. I went to this location yesterday at 7:29PM. Visited this location for a diagnostic and was told I was not able to get one from the worker who told me his name was Ty. This man had a very disgusting disposition and facial expressions was as if he was bothered and didn’t like the job. I asked why would I not be able to receive a diagnostic if the store closes at 9pm. I was told because there was only three employees in the store including himself. I asked why would the other two employees not be able to conduct the diagnostic. Ty told me because the store closes in a hour and half and they were doing stock work. At this point I visited the other location 9 min away which closed at 8pm and they conducted my diagnostic. That location I visited 9 min away the worker was kind enough to stop what he was doing and conduct the testing including even taking the time to thoroughly explain to me what the code meant and what part was needed to fix the issue. He also printed out the diagnostic including the information for the part that I needed. I apologized for coming in 12 min prior to their close and explained how I visited this location which closed at 9 and Ty was supposedly not able to conduct the test because he was not able to leave out the store which was his exact verbiage. To have a worker as Ty working your store location he is not a great fit for the store as well as he showed a lack of culture amongst the business. I will not visit this location any further and I wouldn’t suggest anyone visit that location with the customer service rendered from Ty. During my visit Ty body language and whole facial expression gave that he was not happy with his job.

Been going here for quite a while now since it’s nearby. It’s a fairly good location out of their many stores. Well stocked and have many things that are highly needed. Place is well organized and neat due to a girl who works there who’s always keeping the store in shape. Wouldn’t say the same about this one fat white guy there I think he’s a manager or something. But he’s very rude and needs more training on customer service.

Very poor customer service but Great place and the store manager behaviour and his service are really so bad with customer. Also he always keep parts cost more then normal price.

How is it posted everywhere open at 7:30 but the manager shows up late then makes everyone wait outside this is the worst place ever. Bad enough it’s crackhead and homelessness all around but we are out here because they got here late like cmon what’s going on in the corporate filed that allows this
