It has been an actual nightmare with boost. They've over charged me twice and I've bee calling to get refund and they claim to submit claim and then I get email stating claim closed what???? So I call, yet again theg said because my balance is zero they can't refund me!!!! Which makes no sense to me at all. Customer service absolutely sucks, they are back and sigh as you're speaking like you're a bother to them. Rudolf the manager definitely useless and rude. I'm writing this review as I'm on hold with boost customer service again. My bill is 35 monthly but they've charged a total of $70. Two months worth. I'm definitely switching to T-Mobile asap like tomorrow!!!!! I'll give them a negative Zero!!!!
