What a slimy excuse of a company.. can you be any more scammy? A close friend just paid his bill for a phone he owns outright-57$?? Are you kidding me? Worst service I’ve ever experienced, I have an iPhone 14 through another company and it’s $29.99…hahahaha, boost you SUCK! pray on ppl with so so credit and really stick it to them. Just what this planet needs, another POS corporation

It has been an actual nightmare with boost. They've over charged me twice and I've bee calling to get refund and they claim to submit claim and then I get email stating claim closed what???? So I call, yet again theg said because my balance is zero they can't refund me!!!! Which makes no sense to me at all. Customer service absolutely sucks, they are back and sigh as you're speaking like you're a bother to them. Rudolf the manager definitely useless and rude. I'm writing this review as I'm on hold with boost customer service again. My bill is 35 monthly but they've charged a total of $70. Two months worth. I'm definitely switching to T-Mobile asap like tomorrow!!!!! I'll give them a negative Zero!!!!

People dont go downtown anymore because if u try to return something its always a nice no.this store got me and its a reminder that paterson downtown are just taking your money .my phone went black this morning i went to return it but the guy didnt offer to change it he took it for about 20 minutes got it started and told me it needs work. I said i just got the phone 2 weeks ago he said he is not a technician & doesn't have one. I didnt charge it over night i fell asleep with like 85% battery.havent dropped it .but i nee a technician uh no im reminded why i shop at stores that solve the issues if they appear go walmart# walmart always has replaced items with no issues with a reciept in a months time
