Great Butcher shop!! Once you cook their meats is impossible to ignore the freshness in taste compared with supermarket's meat. I always thought lamb chops naturally have a musky taste. That musky taste is actually because they meat has been sitting too long 🤢. I never bought meat at the supermarket ever again.
