Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!
I would highly recommend Bruce from BTS for any towing services!

I don't leave reviews often, but definitely need to give this company 5 stars. Bruce was very professional and came to pick up the car within 15 minutes. Super polite and personable. He maneuvered my car (which wouldn't start) so smoothly out of my garage and onto the street. Also, the price was a way better deal than all the other places I called. Definitely will call them again if needed in the future!

I highly recommend this company if you need to get a vehicle towed. I called Bruce at 9 am to tow a car to my house and literally the car was in my driveway from hawthorne to ramsey by 10 am. Very professional. Same day towing. Very affordable beat every other towing companies prices. If I need a tow again I would never contact anybody else. Very satisfied. Great quality work. 5 stars!! Had BTS bring my truck to a shop. Came early, was super quick and professional with loading and care for the vehicle. Friendly and courteous, will choose them again if needed for future towing! Fair pricing aswell.

The driver was incredibly professional, friendly, and handled everything with care. They even gave me some helpful advice on what to do next.
