The waiting periods in line are too long. There were only two cashiers available and the line was very long. Never saw the manager assisting to get the line down.

It seems like many Burlington stores have the same issue. Only 1 or 2 cashiers and at least 30 or 40 people waiting in line to pay. Ive been to this store many times with my coworkers during our lunch hour and every-tine i want to buy something i have to leave it because the line is way too long and only 1 or 2 cashiers so i will stop going because its not worth me spending a whole hour in the line. But i don't get it this store has cash registers on the 2nd floor why can they have 2 cashiers on both floors, makes no sense to me. I guess Burlingtons attitude is for the price you’re paying you have to be willing to wait as long as it takes. So i rather pay more at Marshalls and get better quality and only spend 5 minutes in line!

The manager here needs to be fired. The lines are worst than ever. You have to wait at least one hour on line just to be able to pay. They have 8 registers and only work two. It's ridiculous. Then the employeees are superrrr slow

This store seems racists against African Americans I tried to return two items and initially the cashier was allowing the return however when the manager came near she said one shoe had scuffs on the bottom and appeared worn I assure you I did not wear one shoe. So she could not return the shoes I requested both items back and I will not be shopping here again. I wanted to post a photo of the scuff mark I asked for her name but she refused to give it the shoes were 18.99

If i could give zero stars I would. This store is extremely understaffed. 2 ppl on the register when the line is wrapped around the store. 30 min wait!!! Will not be coming back to this burlington!!!
Udate: then when I finally get to the register no paper bags! Cashiers are giving the customers plastic bags the one you use for garbage to put their items in!!! Unacceptable I will not be returning!! Store like this in this locations take advantage of ppl in the inner city who dont have transportation to go to other stores!!

It is hot the line to pay is long. Burlington in Paterson does not have enough cashiers for two floors. I put my items back and left.

The Hispanic security guard was so rude. Started kicking people out 20min before close. Had a very hostile and condescending attitude towards the customers.
