This place is horrible! The first puppy brought to us was scared and nervous… And very sad. The second puppy that was brought to us had knots in the fur and it ears that were hanging… It was scratching and biting at itself… It had for missing, and the poor thing Was also scared out of his wits. Play smelled, and they tried to close the shop 20 minutes before they said they were closed. The associate tried to help us in the last 15 minutes. The store should’ve been open but… This poor animal… She told us oh will have to make an appointment with the groomer! I asked, are these dogs are regularly and she was befuddled

They sell sick pets and even if they are healthy....due to lack of care...they happen to be ill after you bring a puppy at home. You fall in love enough not to return after vet finds ear infection parasites in stool and scared of everything....lack of energy....they are kept in a sick environment.Once I had puppy's grooming appointment....turned out scrawny as skeleton once the puppy's hair was trimmed.I purchased another puppy from a well-known shpp previously and hadn't had even a single issue. This was close to my house and so, went to get second one despite worse reviewed.I am going to make a phone call this coming week to complain against this shop and will be sending all the vet receipts that I am legitimately a victim of their slick business. I hope they take necessary action to improve their pet shop policy and environment. So, goodluck!Thankfully, the puppy I purchased few weeks ago...is doing great now.

DO NOT SUPPORT. Was given multiple answers to the age of the same dog. One had eyes filled with eye boogers. Strange they hide whats in the back room, i’m afraid to see whats back there. They brought out a 1 yr old (or maybe 9 months, depending on who you ask) dog from the back thats nails were overgrown and curling on the floor. Its hair was matted and it had so much p*** stuck to it. The nails show there dogs are never walked on real ground, do not get seen by a vet, and are not groomed. They also brought out a puppy who was definitely not 8 weeks old yet. Had blue newborn eyes, could not hold itself up and was so small. They said they need to wait 2 weeks because shes not old enough. Was separated from mom too soon.

Don’t don’t go there, was very upset looking and holding a puppy who was shaking and felt very warm. I saw this in other pups also., aside from the cheap food they were feeding them. They wouldn’t give me a refund on a crate which I purchased from them ,which was missing partsThey told me they don’t give refunds. So now I am out the money I paid, what kind of reputable store does not give refunds?

I went there and got my sister her ******. The sales were amazing wish I could have left with all the pups. I got beauty a rain jacket snow boots and winter clothes. They had Halloween outfits and stairs for her to get on the bed and couch. The young lady that helped me was sooooooo sweet and knew everything that beauty would need. I highly recommend any one that wants a puppy or has a puppy to go here. You wont be disappointed.

Shut it down!!! So sad and cruel. Puppy mill... Dogs are sick, in warehouses, no AC... No vet care, no nothing! Know someone who couldn't bare to leave the dog there. Had menge, kennel cough, skin & bones. There's a "special" place awaiting the guy that owns this place... cruel, disgusting person.

When I use to drive for Ziegler's Pet supply before I retired in 2020 D and G pups was one of my stops. , In 2016 I bought our dog there. She is a Pappypoo. Papillon and Poodle mixed. I highly recommend this store. She had all her shots and papers in order when I drove from Pennsylvania to get her on a Saturday. She has never had any major problems and is a very healthy dog. I didn't know it at the time but Zoey is my retirement buddy.

DON'T GO HERE. These people definitely displayed crook-like behaviors. Nowhere for you to sit with or play with the dogs. Only a crowded storefront, and they'll shuffle the "puppy" out to you from the back. Staff wouldn't let me go to the back to see the dogs. Only gave me a list. Charged an extra $100 for using a card. Staff gave me 3 DIFFERENT ANSWERS when asked how old the dog was. I was told 8 months, then 6 months (Paperwork showed completely different info of 1yr and some months and that was as of months if not a year before the day I was there- so the dog was almost 2 unless that wasn't his paperwork). Business was not straight up about dog's behaviors. I had to judge by just standing in front of him (as he wouldn't move much until he happened to see a cat) and petting his head as he sat still with the staff member. Staff told me he was the perfect dog to watch movies and be playful with. When I saw the stark differences between he and his "sister" as far as energy and movement, I should've known something was wrong. No room to really experience seeing the dog with myself or other dogs. Staff had to lift the dog to take him for a quick wash. They also had to lift him to bring him to my car. Things I didn't realize would be a problem until I had to lift the poor doggie EVERY TIME it was time to go outside/inside, go to the pee pad, or eat/drink. Family member came over to help me get him inside. He was a huge dog and I have physical issues preventing me from being able to lift him for every necessity. Had they said that when I specifically asked, I would've chosen another dog. Dog was hacking/coughing and limping when he did actually move. Due to suspected and observed illness symptoms, stoicism, lethargy, and mobility issues, I took the dog back 16 hours later. I told them everything going on. They refused to take the dog back and told me to find a rescue shelter. After I referred to my paperwork, they then stated that I could give him back if I paid $250. So not only was I refused a refund, but they wanted additional to even take him back in. I'm out almost $1000 for a dog I've had for less than a day. I even offered to pay for food, full groom, and other products. Nope. Inside the business at the register (according to my photos) it states that there are "No refunds WITHOUT RECEIPT." I had a receipt. Their practices have shown to be deceptive and untrustworthy. I feel for the poor baby ?, but I tried to diffuse a situation that could've escalated to even bigger issues as soon as I could. I should've done more research and seen the reviews. Do NOT purchase your new addition to your family from here.

I just purchased a Boston Terrier two weeks ago and he is perfect. This Is my third dog rom D and G and I've never had a issue. There warranty is like no other. Yes the place needs upgrading and is smelly but it's dogs that are not potty trained what do you expect. Staff does a great job cleaning up as much as they could and super knowledgeable and friendly I went to vet and she's been dealing with them for 15 years and highly Recommends.

Sorry I don’t even know why this place is still open. It needs to be inspected and shut down. Everyone reading these bad reviews, believe every word of them. I haven’t seen one that was not true. These dogs are sick and not being taken care of, yes the place do smell. Please please don’t buy from here just report until someone actually does something.

I bought my first Yorkshire terrier puppy here in 2020 and I am very happy with my purchase. Reasonably priced and all vaccinations and papers were given to me at purchase with my dog being microchipped as well. Also, they send you to a vet and use their services for a year with discounts and no charge for check ups! Which was great! The owner was very kind, helpful and nice. My puppy is now almost 3 years and very healthy and super cute!!!! The best purchase in my entire life!!!! Extremely happy with my beautiful baby girl!!!

Got our two dogs here when they were puppies. One is a Maltese and the other Yorkichon. They are now 3 and 4 years old and very healthy. They came microchipped and were up to date with their first set of shots. Very reasonably priced as well. They are family now, thank you for the beautiful puppies.
