The stores I've been to lately lack a variety of items.

I had a situation where my car got towed from in front of the store while it was on and running. I went in to grab a single item and stood on line, in the time span of maybe 5 minutes my car was being towed away. I immediately asked for a manager and Holly came out to help. She was AMAZING! She acted fast and was prompt with the tow truck company on the phone. Another manager Terence paid for my uber to the towing lot & both also still continued to help me resolve the issue after I got to the lot where of course I still had to dispute with the towing company about my car. Holly got in contact with her boss Jose and he also helped with resolving the tow. All of the staff were amazing from in store to higher ups! I am truly grateful for their help & great customer service! Thank you Holly, Terence and Jose!

I swear I never see this bad customer service in my life. They need to change the whole staff. All the staff is rude and giving trouble to every other customer. I left my stuff and walked out of the store. I don’t want to shop at any Dollar Tree anymore. I am okay paying extra money at Walmart or CVS as long as everybody gets respect.

A very bad spice I never go back to that store as much as the cashier with the man receives the bags the cashier took too long to charge me because she talks and talks with her partner I asked her a question that the color of the balloon was blue in English because it was of colors in the image but a circle where it marks what color they are was blue, that's why I asked her, she replied that if it was blue, when I took it, they should give it the Elio. She told me that it was tricolor. I told the man not to put no in signs of anyway and it was worth it he said he didn't understand in the end they kept my money and his balloon the worst thing was when I asked for my things the man threw them on the floor
