Quick, friendly service. I made a reservation the same day on line, selected a car. But when I got there it was not available. They offered other selections at a higher price. I turned it down and rented something very silimar I had reserved on line. Paid a bit more but not much for a last-minute rental.

Enterprise in Paterson is managed by a great team. I travel alot and book my rental out of this location because of the relationship I have developed over the years. They always provide the vehicle I need, regardless if it's on-site. They will outsource to nearby Enterprises to ensure my needs are met. I have been directed to other location for insurance clams and while the service was friendly, it was that "We got you" service. Kiddo to Omar and the guys. I'll see you soon!
