Happened beginning of 2018. This is a jewelry store but like scammers do, they also have a phone repair inside the store. Beware, he is a scammer and when he repairs the phone he doesnt do a good job

Disgusting! They never cleaned the gun before or after my piercing and this is during COVID-19 season. Also, I purchased an extra ring for my mom and paid. My mom came in a few minutes later and wanted to exchange it while I was still there. But the lady’s attitude changed dramatically since she already got her money and didn’t want to help her find something else.

Absolutely do not recommend this place for any kind of piercing. I got my nose pierced yesterday, the women did not clean the gun nor did she give me an alcohol wipe to clean my nose area before piercing me. She also DID NOT CLEAN THE GUN AFTER Piercing. She put the nose gun back in the box without cleaning it. Of course no gloves too. I am so scared of getting an infection now. Corona or not, anything that has direct interaction with multiple users, you MUST sterilize equipment.
