Someone stole food stamps money from card at this location after using it there last not nice

Dear Lord! The meat dept had a special on filet mignon. 13.99 a pound. The only problem is that the meat was rancid and smelled like horse manure. I’m bringing it back tomorrow. Smell before you buy.
