NEVER returned my call, never responded to messages left on website. Wanted to buy a truck cash. This isn't a real business. The Voicemail is just a generic personal VM message, no name, nothing about the business. Shady. Wouldn't buy the truck now for a nickel.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP — Especially if you're a woman.
My father bought a used 2016 car from this dealership a few months ago. We were told by NOUR at the time that if anything went wrong with the car, we could get another one because of the 2-year warranty. Recently, after finally getting the car inspected, we found out there’s a serious internal issue. We were told by BOB to wait for the final inspection, and then we could move forward based on the warranty. Now that something actually went wrong, they suddenly say we can't get another car, and that the warranty only covers external issues. They also claimed they’re no longer affiliated with the bank we used for financing.
We’re now being told we have to pay another $1,000 for a used part that won’t last, or insurance will only cover a $4,000 new part — which doesn’t make sense for a 2016 car. This is completely unfair, and nothing like what we were originally told.
On top of that, I was spoken to with complete disrespect. When I tried to explain that I understood what the man was saying, he screamed at me, “DON’T INTERRUPT ME EVER!!” and continued talking to me like I didn’t understand English. He repeated himself in a condescending tone, even though I was calm and respectful. Then he tried to say my dad is happy with the car just because he invested in it which has nothing to do with how disappointed we are now that it’s having serious issues. Oh also apparently they’re not working with the bank anymore they helped us get a loan from.
The worst part is how women are treated there. Every man I spoke to acted like they were superior and talked down to me, and it felt like they didn’t respect women at all. It was disgusting, sexist and unprofessional, and I would never recommend anyone, especially women, go to this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They will do ANYTHING to sell you the car and then turn around and say we never said that. PLEASE READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO THERE!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SUED OR CLOSED DOWN!

🚫 DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 🚫
I purchased a car in April and put $5,000 down. The car had minor issues, but I was told I could drive it off the lot and return it in two weeks once the parts came in. I followed their instructions and brought the car back as agreed.
Since then, Imports Auto Sales in Paterson, NJ has had my car for over a month. The vehicle has not been repaired, and they have not refunded my money. To make matters worse, both the original dealership Elmora Auto Sports and Import Auto Sales keep blaming each other, claiming the deal was done at the other location.
I’ve been unable to speak to any managers, and I’m constantly given the runaround. I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same mistake. This dealership is unprofessional and dishonest — avoid them at all costs. I can’t comment on the “owner” comment below but he is lying. Mark Katib asked Amid (the person I’m writing this for) to come in and pick up his money. When he got there Mark said he was only giving $2000 and he had to sign a release saying he would not sue. To this day they have all of the money $5000, the car, and the 1st car payment! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

TITLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. MY REGISTRATION IS UP Tomorrow THE 10TH. AND GUESS WHAT I DONT HAVE A TILE TO REGISTER IT. I called them all week regarding the tile. Kept getting a run around. Today they told me it was being sent fed ex. Then they tell me they dont send things fed ex. They keep changing their story. THEN THEY SAID DUE TO THE WEATHER THEY Couldn't SEND IT FED EX. Now I'm waiting on a tracking number for fed ex. Why wouldn't they make sure I had a longer registration or the tile in time. They clearly don't care that after midnight Saturday I can't get drive my car. THEY ARE CROOKS AND VERY RUDE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING A QUICK SALE

I’ve bought multiple cars here. I’ve dealt with Bob and Steven. Both have treated me amazing (felt like family). They really took care of me from start to finish. The Customer Service is uncanny, never before seen in a car dealership (and I’ve been to plenty). The Vehicles I’ve bought have been reliable and affordable which is hard to beat! Go check these guys out they won’t disappoint! Tell them Charlie sent ya!!!
