Rude receptionist, unclear directions, and discriminatory practices. Would not recommend!!!

I regret ever going to this place. (Keep this in mind while i was first waiting, 2 kids asked for the key to the bathroom and they were told “to go out and go down a hallway and go right” and then the bathroom will be on their left by the same receptionist who attended me) So today, I was embarrassed and humiliated by the nurse named Elizabeth. I was told by the receptionist while pointing towards an open doorway, “go to the back and pee” and i said while pointing at the room in that entrance she had pointed to “go in there and pee”and she said YES. It happened to be the wrong room so the nurse (elizabeth & her coworker that was in another room in the back)began knocking and raising her voice saying “who’s in there” to come out, which I did, and then she began speaking super loudly in front of customers & said that i was using the wrong room that i was supposed to go to a bathroom thats further in the back & that they wont attend me…that i have to leave…loud enough for everyone to hear and said i made her uncomfortable and that I had to leave. I tried to explain but she was not having it she basically didn't care. How does me peeing in a cup in the wrong room that i was instructed to go in by myself make her uncomfortable. NEVER AGAIN! She needs to be fired for how she treats patients. I could’ve been a mentally disabled patient with a hard time understanding instructions, and thats how she would’ve treated someone. The whole experience was longer, I’m just trying to keep it short.. Right now I'm mentally devastated and even feel depressed..

I would not recommend this place. I checked in online at 7:00 AM and spoke with the receptionist at 7:30 AM for my 7:45 AM appointment. At 8:30 AM, I asked how many people were ahead of me and was informed that the receptionist had not included me on the list for blood work.

Staff that tended me was horrible. I was there to get my blood drawn. The doctor was not comforting at all. Doctor would shake her head and get an attitude when I was reacting to the needles and the blood, which made the procedure feel worse than it should’ve been. I do not recommend this LabCorp.

No complaints! I took my children for bloodwork, we were only there for probably 30mins from check in to check out! The front staff were absolutely nice. The two phlebotomist were great. Would go back in the future.

This place had a very nice staff.
I just went in and staff were very very rude.
The way the speaks to patients is not recommended. The wait is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone ever.

horrible. in a basement with no air circulation, phone service, or bathroom. Had about 3 ppl per seat. With appointment, waited 45 minutes to be put into another room where it seemed another 45 minute wait was on the horizon. Walked out and decided to go to another location.

Today I was at the Paterson location, it was not my first time, but today I dare to say that the young woman who assisted my 9-year-old son with autism was super professional, patient, empathetic, considerate and kind. I appreciate how we were treated.
