This place is big and has many washing machines, but the girls who work there in the morning, give the worst service in the world, they fill all the washing machines and until the last one they use is finished, they don't empty it and you have to wait, when someone asks to please take out their clothes, they answer rudely

My cousin visiting from DR accidentally left money in a zippered pocket of a short, $1,900 to be specific. When we found out, went back to the place and that's when the movie began: at first nobody knew who washed or folded our clothes, but when the manager came out they started throwing names, until the asian guy called someone and asked if she took the money, of course the answer was no. We requested to see the cameras and could clearly see the person taking out the money from the pocket. The guy called 'Gloria' again ans told her we saw the video, then she admitted taking the money. The guy asked us to wait for him to go to her place to get the money. 1:35 mins later came back stating that the lady foubd the money but she was going to return it the day after 😂 now the guy gives us $1,400 including 8 20 dollar bills that were not in the original money we left, meaning someone had already spent $500+, at that point we decided to get the cops involved to solve the issue. After another 45 minutes, the asian manager decides to give us the rest of the money. During the whole scene all the employees were nervous and whispering and giving us hateful looks and even the thick latina cashier raised her voice and tried insulting while we picked up clothes. I'm aware it is in part our fault but the way it was handled was the worst!

They are great I have spent Hundreds of dollars on wash & fold.They have never made a mistake until the other day when they lost my robe . I confronted the owner respectfully about the situation and he told me that they reweigh everything and that I was wrong. After patronizing his establishment for at least 4 years. How do you misplace a bathrobe? The belt to the robe was in the bag, but no robe. I believe I should be compensated for my loss. I will never go back again. Don’t get me wrong the young ladies that work there are great, but the owner shows very little compassion for good paying customers.

I have been goin to this laundry for a long time I either wash my clothes or I do drop off and fold service ….this time I got my clothes back and half of my clothes were missing this has never happened to me and all the owner could say is there is nothing he can do ……IF YOU DO WASH AND FOLD SERVICES AT THIS PLACE DONT BRING ANYTHING VALUABLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CLOTHES AND ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNO WHAT HAPPENED!!!!
