Worst experience I've got doing my tax return in 20 years. I took time out of my day to complete this and it was never done. I never received any refund has been over 4 months. And the guy just ignores. I won't be surprised if they collected the refund to Took it for themself. Will find out next year what happened, For now no refunds!!!!

Do not go here you will get robbed!!!! I did my taxes here and charged $611 to do my taxes that were NEVER filed and now he won't answer my calls or text messages this guy is a crook I will be reporting him to the IRS next stay away from this crook completely fraudulent if I could put up 0 stars I would put negative stars... Shouldn't be in business

I will NEVER go back to this place. The unprofessionalism in this place is outrageous. The owner really needs some training on how to run a business. I do not recomend this place to anyone. Incoherent, unprofessional, unreachable, unpunctual I mean the list goes on. Simple... do not go here!!!

Unprofessional, wastes your time specially on other case except taxes. He says he knows stuff but he doesn’t know anything. He just does it to get that extra money and charges you extra. And lies every time.But the way he talks is like he knows everything.The main guy.

I swear I’ll never go elsewhere again! I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and I’ve always got way more than I’ve expected to get!The staff in this location is so friendly that I feel like family, I’d recommend this place to anyone, (especially cause they have a refer a friend bonus ;) )

Always go here to do my income tax returns. The employees are awesome, they treat you like actual people. They are very transparent with the work they do and go to great lengths to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Definitely recommend checking them out if you don't want robots to do your taxes.
