Got an LG refrigerator less than 45 days minus $1000 & Lowe’s won’t take it back. Lemon refridgerator!. So many complaints over the US! Never will buy appliances there and I’m done with LG as well!.

Went to have a car key cut they would not cut the key unless you bought the key from them so I said okay do you have the key and they don't have the key they don't sell the key they never had the key so how would I get the key card if you don't have it

So I had a fence installed from Lowe's costed $12,000. And it has been a complete disaster. They wanted to be cheap and use these plastic brackets that break easily and every time there is wind I find a panel broken. They only sell the metal brackets at Lowe's so idk wtf they would used this plastic garbage? Was it so I would have to call back for repairs constantly?!
So every wind storm I have to repair the fence using the metal brackets which if used in the first place would have been fine. (See pictures)
Plastic ones are all broken. The ones I repaired with hold up perfectly. It's just ridiculous after spending so much money to have this fence installed then I have to basically redo all the work because of their incompetence. Or purposely done so they think I would call back to have to pay them to fix it Everytime it breaks.
NEVER HAVE LOWES INSTALL ANYTHING FOR YOU.

Rene in the customer service is the worst. I know her name because i made sure to take a look at her badge and confirmed with another staff. The moment she looked at me i felt a discriminating vibe. She was with 2 other female employees (another tall black lady and one fair skinned curly hair) Came to pick up kits for my kids and said she is out of it and even though she had it and i know because i saw on table and she immediately picked it up and said we ran out. I asked another employee (old person who i feel sorry for because after my interaction with him, he was demanded to start helping on the floor and poor guy said what did she ask me to do coz he could hardly understand) and she came again and didnot let him answer. Seems like she takes it all for free and sell it on marketplace for money. Employees like these is not helpful to customers. She should be fired immediately!

I brought 3 sets of LED lights for my son’s room for a Christmas gift. I went to install them on December 29. All three were the same items. They are supposed to be interconnectable. Two of the boxes had a 4 prong plug and one box had a 3 prong plug. So unfortunately I couldn’t run all three together. I went back to Lowe’s in Paterson, NJ to return the one that I couldn’t use. It was still in its original packaging wrapped in clear plastic. They WOULD NOT give me any refund because it was after December 24. Very bad return policy for something that can’t be used as advertised. For me it Home Depot for now on.
Well Lowe’s answered me with this.

So after calling them back for three days because the wait time was over an hour and a half. Their response was first they can’t find my original review or my name. So with that said they can’t help me. Then they go ahead and tell me that I should call the manufacturer.
Lowe’s thanks again for nothing. Not just myself. But now I’ll asking my family and friends to shop home depot.

If I can give them 0 for costumer service I would. They are not willing to acvomodate with the sale prices they have all over the floor and argue with me about their error. The Asm.Renè was not willing to even hear a complain. First and last time in Lowe. Home Depo is way better and they offer much better service. Store 2328 Lowes shame on you!!!

IMO Lowes is better than Home Depot, the store is huge and has everything you need, but I think the parking lot needs to be more organized, I do like the self scan option, that's a plus, oh and I think they need price scanners on the aisle to check prices, that way customers can double check to make sure the prices are accurate...

Horrible experience!! Sal is possibly one of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with . Unprofessional rude and nasty! I purchased a fire tv stick on the 27th and current working manager there around 130 pm was awesome helping out with a price adjustment from Amazon . Quick no longer than 2 mins . Meanwhile I went there the next day 28th and dealt with sal who refused to price adjust going against his own store policy to price match the fire tv price that was honored a day before no problem . I felt disrespected for 15 mins in front of customers and wasted my time as a small business owner . Had to drive to two different stores to get something i thought I was getting around the corner from me . What a shame
