Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop My car sat there for months while they kept promising me it was being worked on. I finally took time off work to check for myself, only to find out they hadn’t even touched it. I ended up taking my car to a different shop, and it was fixed in just TWO days. Unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. Save your time & money, Stay away.

Extremely bad experience, I went to do a diagnostic of a problem with my BMW, they give me a reason for that and they fixed it supposedly, when I go out to the store my car suffered another BIG PROBLEM, but they didn’t fixed it, now I have to pay more if I want to have my car good, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND WITH OUT KNOWLEDGE!! Never going back in my life!

They don’t return phone calls. They don’t follow up with potential customers. I’ve called left messages. I’ve gone in person trying to get a quote to have my car repaired and had to go somewhere else because their lack of communication didn’t persuade me to want to give them my money or recommend them for repairs.

They had my car there for, 4 months and they weren't able to figure out the problem and repair it. So, I picked the car up and dropped it off to another mechanic shop the same day, and in one day they diagnose the problem and repaired it at a surprisingly low rate. Domingo use to be good but it seems to me he's lost that professionalism and customer care he once had. I wouldn't recommend going there.

I brought my 2019 dodge pro master I bought from fast track remarkable dealership and MC TIRES Took care of everything and the BMW very reasonable and respectful dealership and mechanic shop I will recommend my mom safe and family oriented

Mc tires Auto has the worst services and customer service it's suck... my suv was there because the dealer referred to MC tires to fix the liquid and the break and I'm waiting one week, they never call me and when I went to pick up my the manager said, ohhh nothing could be fixed... waoooo I took uber for one week and that stupid mechanic don't have any type attention we the customer... the worse services have mc tires Auto care... and the my car was dirty and inside they did not put together all parts of my suv.
Mc tires Auto care, as a workshop they have no communication with the customer... a week ago I took my SUV, to fix a breakdown referred by the dealer where I bought the car... sure a week Esperanto, I always had to call to find out what was happening With the repair, they lied to me, giving false promises, it arrived that I spent a week waiting so they said it couldn't be done... ? ? I went to pick up my car and found it on the street abandoned, Lucio and everything disassembled inside because not even if I want them to have the attention to fix the costs that they dismantle.... the worst MC pulls in Paterson.

Beware. This place is a money pit full of con-artist. Very polite people but don’t be fooled. I’m sure those reviews are fake. I don’t even usually write reviews but….don’t go there.

This place is a money pit full of con artist. Do not go there. I'm having the worst experience ever with no mitigation or accommodation. And my car is still not repaired 2+ weeks later. A very simple issue that was incorrectly diagnosed, and repaired incorrectly turned my life to a nightmare. Beware letting them know that you have a warranty if you do go there because they will injure your car to rape your warranty then tell you this is how it goes. Don't go there

I was in need of new tires and alignment, when on Friday before closing they order my tires for next day. I got there Saturday morning and it took about an hour for them to have my car ready. Very busy place but they work fast. Would go back in the future
