Today Sunday April 17, 2023I went to make a claim for a cut that they had unfairly thrown me out of service...it was a system failure and the MANAGER, A FAT MAN...IN WORDS IN ENGLISH STARTED YELLING OFFICIAL WORDS TO MY PERSON...I AM A CUSTOMER WHO PAYS 3 MORE INTERNET WIFE LINES...the lady from Bangales who was a good person was surprised by the treatment of this managerA fat man, a bad person...hopefully the owner...of the company will take action on this man who says he is a manager...

I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone on January 3, 2023 for $166. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be sent to my email. I am disappointed that on this day January 22, 2023, I still don't have a receipt. I will NOT do any more business with Metro. They didn't even include a charger that goes with that phone. Shame on you Metro. You lost one of your best customers.

Sold me a fake pair of apple AirPods series 3 and only reason I found out was because I was having issues with them and took them to get repaired at Apple Store. Crazy how a major store wants to sell you pirated items and then play dumb when you approach them about their shady practices

I've been dealing with METRO for some years now. Quite honestly, the staff at this branch/store is always very courteous and helpful with both me and my girlfriend. Even went as far as to helping us with the setting of our phones and getting us the lowest monthly payment. The young heavy set guy and both girls are awesome with their customer service skills. I mean, all three are amazing at what they do.

I have been visiting that store for 10 years and I have never had any problems. I went two weeks ago to change my phone number and there was a fat man working there and I had some problems. He took out another line instead of changing my number. Nothing, I went the next day. and he got upset and treated me badly and said bad words to me in English. It's a shame that they put staff like that to work in such a good store.
