My husband bought me a piece of furniture and when he got home the piece of furniture was very small in the living room and I didn't like it. I called to see if I could return it and what this man did was speak badly to me and disrespect me as a customer and I recorded the conversation. this lack of respect that didn't even let me speak and I spoke to him very politely

Very bad service they agreed to deliver one day in the morning and they arrived at 8 at night, the seller told me that they would assemble it themselves and when the person arrived they told me that I had to pay them 80 dollars to assemble it and when I wanted to return it They told me that they would not refund my money, the furniture was of poor quality, the screws in the drawer came loose and it was so expensive. I will never buy from this place again and I hope that you are not scammers, these people either.

I beg ANY AND EVERYONE who’s even thinking of going to this store to purchase anything. PLEASE DONT! The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional they don’t offer refunds, returns or exchange but they don’t mention it prior to purchasing, sold me a flimsy squeaking bed. It’s very sad now I don’t know what to do with the whole bed. I can’t sleep on it or be comfortable. Very unsatisfied and disheartened. NEVER AGAIN.

Most unprofessional place ever. I’m very upset. They sent me chipped furniture and are making it a big deal to refund me my money. NEVER AGAIN! I paid close to $300 for a new piece of furniture just for it to be chipped.

We bought Ashley brand furniture from this store. Exact same style and quality as in Ashley’s store. Excellent quality furniture. We always buy Ashley furniture. It lasts forever. We saved a lot of money by buying our furniture from Millmont Furniture. The store owner was very helpful. He guided us and showed us our options. He was very honest and helpful. He helped us in financing too. Highly recommended.

The owner of this store is very very rude and disrespectful. I came here looking for furniture and he have me so much attitude for no reason, even when I tried being nice. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend anyone to come here.
