If it was up to me I would give them no stars. They are rude. They do not greet you. I walked in with my 6 and 7 yr old, so they can get a manicure the lady kept her head down on her table and said no. Like really little girls get their nails done. Mind you they had no one in their nail salon. I will never go back. I was trying to give them some business.

I went to this place for the first time at first I was waiting for my nail technician to stop playing on her phone, I needed to tell her to start. I can guarantee you all that this girl had NO EXPERIENCE in working with nails what so ever. She butchered me up! an experience I never had, physical pain on most of my toes. She stopped a few times to answer text messages, and to except a video call. I couldn’t even communicate, she did not speak or “understand” a damn word English. Ladies & gentleman for your own comfort and to avoid getting an infection don’t go there. Thank you!

They close at 6 not 8. Don't bother getting an after work appointment. I drove over 15 mins to come here for nothing. They don't update their online business info.

I came in and as soon as the first young lady saw me walk through the door, she rolled her eyes and had a very mean facial expression. She talked to me with a horrible attitude when she asked me what services I came there for and I told her I came for an acrylic refill. She answered with an attitude yet again. If she has an attitude like that, she has no business servicing customers.Service: Acrylic nails

I come all the way from Jersey City to Chi Chi Nails. The staff always makes me feel like I’m at home. They’re super friendly and efficient.
