First time, they were amazing. One of them came with me to fix my neighbors flat. They were extra kind, fast and great price. Excellent service! Now, waiting close to three hours to swap a battery? Thats a little excessive, therefore bringing my review down. Wish I could have left the 5 stars. Very disappointing.

Brought a tire in to be plugged and they charged me $15 dollars. Pep Boys charges $21 and even balance the tire.
