This place act like they’re giving free internet to the customers slow WiFi don’t wanna here your complain just say call customer service when you call customer service anything happened to it they just reboot and from their end your internet is fine I don’t get speeds after paying 150$. I am absolutely furious and utterly disgusted with Optimum WiFi. Let me make this abundantly clear: their WiFi service is an absolute nightmare, a disgrace to the concept of reliable internet, and a colossal waste of time and money.I have never encountered a more infuriating and frustrating experience with any other WiFi provider. Optimum WiFi seems to take a sadistic pleasure in torturing its customers with its abysmal connectivity and mind-numbingly slow speeds. It's as if they're purposefully trying to test the limits of my patience and sanity.Every time I attempt to use Optimum WiFi, I'm greeted with a spinning wheel of death, indicating that I have once again fallen victim to their shoddy infrastructure. I've had better internet connection during power outages! And don't even get me started on their customer service – it's a joke. Every time I call to complain about the pitiful excuse for WiFi they provide, I'm met with clueless representatives who seem to have no knowledge of their own services or how to resolve the issues at hand.Let's talk about their so-called "high-speed" option. If by "high-speed" they mean slower than a snail stuck in molasses, then sure, they've nailed it. I could make a cup of coffee, read the morning news, and contemplate the meaning of life in the time it takes for a single webpage to load. It's 2023, for crying out loud – I expect my internet to function at a speed that doesn't make me want to throw my devices out of the window in frustration.And what's with the constant outages? It's like clockwork – every time I need to send an important email or stream a movie, Optimum WiFi decides it's the perfect moment to take a siesta. Oh, you wanted to have a seamless Zoom call? Sorry, not on Optimum's watch! It's as if they're determined to ruin every online activity that requires a stable connection.In conclusion, Optimum WiFi is a disgrace to the modern age of technology. Their service is unreliable, their speeds are laughable, and their customer support is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Optimum WiFi like it's a contagious disease. I wouldn't wish their infuriating service on my worst enemy.

Worst internet provider, extorting your money. I just noticed I’m paying $100 for a 300 mbps internet speed because apparently the promotion ended, it used to be half of that.I’m essentially paying for a 1 Gig ($70 on their website) for a 300mbps.Note competitors are in the ball park of $30 for that speed.

Terrible is an understatement. It was so hot and the wait was no less than 30-40 mins standing in line. There were 4 associates helping and they were for the most part doing okay with customers but their system is so slow that it took way longer than it needed to.

You should have called back in the immediate 24 hour window you told me you would. Your service technician and customer representatives double charging me is absurd and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. In addition, the second another service provider becomes available I am switching. Your service i get is not what I pay for, and you have the audacity to charge me when your technicians refused to install the router where it should’ve been to begin with. Optimum is a bunch of scam artists. Always have been and always will be.

I cancelled my Verizon account to move to Optimum to benefit from the Visa gift card promotion and have a cheaper plan. All is fine till the day of the equipment installation. The tech called in the timeframe to confirm the house, only to find he was ill equipped to deal with the installation, stating a ladder wouldn't be enough to get the wire in. I calls back to confirm that the install would happen tomorrow. That would've been today, had he not lied and had Optimum support provided me the service I was promised I'd remain a customer. Unfortunately they promised another timeframe of between 3-7 business days. That's unacceptable and negligent, as I'm here without internet and out the money I paid in advance for terrible service.

Terrible service from terrible provider. Billing cycle starts at first of the month. I canceled my service on 1/6 just 6 days into billing cycle and they want me to pay for the whole month even though my house was sold and I turned the box in. How can you still charge for a service that was canceled. Robbery

Optimum claims the promotion includes a 100 gift card after 90 days but you never receice it. When you inquire about it, they tell you that you didn't register for that promotion.

Good luck finding parking in that dump! by the time you drive there and find parking you could already be leaving the Fair Lawn location, which has parking for Optimum customers
