Recently bought a 2011 crown Vic from here. Drove down and it seemed fine. Air was broke l they said they'd fix it cool. Breakes within 2 weeks. Got it diagnosed because the check engine light was on. Apparently the catalytic converter was tampered with and likely is completely destroyed and will never pass inspection like this. Funny how the mechanic I talked to said the he couldn't get to the O2 sensors on the engine which he would've seen the tampered with converter if he even tried. Don't get scammed avoid this place

We drove almost 3 hours to come here to look at a van we wanted to purchase. We had previously discussed with the salesperson that we'll be driving up and will arrive at a time both parties agreed on. We also contacted them while on the way, just to remind them we were coming. Upon showing up, exactly on time, the salesperson (the only employee who was able to sell us the car), was literally walking out the door to go home. Luckily we got there to notice, to catch her before she left.Needless to say, communication is poor. After test driving the van, there were a couple things we noticed with issues, such as a chipped/cracked windshield, missing pieces to the entertainment system, etc. However, they weren't willing to come down on price at all, despite those obvious issues.Regardless, we agreed to purchase the van since we still liked it and couldn't find another one nearby. My main issue with the purchase is that it took over a month to get the vehicle title. Since they don't have the titles on-hand, they have a 3rd party mail them to you. For some odd reason, this took over a month, with repeated attempts for them to send it out sooner. They literally didn't mail it out until a month after we bought it. This also caused the temporary tags they originally provided to us to now be expired — thus rendering the vehicle technically illegal to drive. All that to say, the vehicle itself has been good so far without issues, after 2 months of daily driving.

I recently have bought a 2010 Cadillac Escalade about a month ago. When I saw it online, in the pictures you could see the navigation map. But the day I go to purchase the car, the navigation disc magically disappears. I made a complaint and " supposedly the disc was $300 to replace " but when they shipped it, All I got was a cheap copy from EBAY that DOESN'T EVEN WORK on my car when the ORIGINAL COPY distributed by the ACTUAL General Motors Company was $180. Also they offer a 90-day dealer warranty in case if anything is wrong with the car they could cover it. I recently brought my car to inspection and they tell me I need to replace the front shockers of my car, so then I let the dealer know but then they never end up responding to any of my emails concerning about the replacement part for my car. My experience with this dealer so far is very bad customer service, and not helpful at all.
