terrible service I was waiting since 3 pm to 6 pm. and then they handed my car like I handed to them. Didn’t even touch my car, just charge me $117 for the aligment except charging me didn’do nothing. I came back again and doing the alignment take another one hour.. terrible terrible terrible.. I highly recommend do not come for Service, come for time wast you are welcome.after complete their service. My car looks like.today i have to go again..i don’t know they can fix it?

Best experience i ever had!!!! When you go make sure you ask for KERRY! He made this process so simple ! Quick and easy ! He was very honest with pricing and no surprises, that’s all i ask for. I rarely rate businesses but this one i hate to! Won’t regret it :)

Out of multiple mechanics I went to & tried to reason with, I was able to obtain exceptional service and pricing at this Pepboys. I must say I was afraid to reach out but then was Impressed that I was receiving such good customer service & speaking to "Humans" not $ robot's. I'm 1 to fix .y vehicle myself because of how much I get quoted at mechanics but these guys have changed my mind and I've now went to them twice in past 2 months, some how some way they do manage to reason with me & always get there prices lower than competitors, I have not found any "Mechanic" In PASSAIC COUNTY to do the same. Thank you for your excellent service gentleman.

Too long of a wait , I was the first one here and it took 2 hours to get my tires changed, the guys were cordial and polite. I didn’t realize that they were doing an inspection of the whole car, now I understand why it took so long. My bad, lol
