This company did brick trim when our house was built as a new construction a few years ago. The bricks were falling multiple times around the house. I have contacted this company for almost a year. First they said they would find out the same bricks and then months and months gave the same answer. For the past 6 months, they don't even respond anymore. I have left no choice to say they don't stand behind their work. It would not be fair for people to pay so much money for their house but end up with such poor quality of work and unsafe situation.
