Extremely bad customer service. The salesman started yelling at me in the middle of the conversation. Did not have the patience to answer my questions about the product - and mid sentence he just raised his voice and started yelling!! I have been to this store before but this is not what I expected today. Very bad customer service! Extremely disappointed

Renos is hands down the best place in this region to buy appliances. They have a huge selection and the sales people are very knowledgeable. There is no hard sell at all at Renos. They listen to what you want and educate you if you're like me and clueless about appliances. I worked with Terry at Renos and he was just the best. He made appliance shopping a pleasure.

Great store to see a wide array of appliances by multiple manufacturers--- sales people are friendly, honest and vert knowledgeable... three percent tax rate at this location puts the store over the top--- if you live in NJ, stop here first before buying anywhere-- you will be a happy camper!

Excellent to deal with! We had another appliance store give us hell about the age of our home etc and stated they couldn't bring in the fridge. Reno's from start to finish was excellent to deal with, same fridge they brought in and installed with ease! Great people Great Service!!

Great selection of high quality appliances that will help you realize how relatively poor you are. However, they do have something for all budgets. Before going here, I never knew that a refrigerator or range could cost $20k+.Ended up getting a Wolf range and other appliances that were delivered quickly once they were in stock. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products, offered many alternatives and answered all of my questions.

Terrible customer service. Not at all the experience from the past. Would never buy anything from them again. 1) scheduled delivery date 2-1/2 weeks in advance to get an early morning delivery. I had to call them the day before to find out they scheduled me for mid-after. Had to wait additional time to get a morning. 2) I left 3 messages over 4 days for sales rep starting the day of tinstallation regarding a problem & a concern but never got a call back 3) after a call to a manager I was promised a call back from the install company to set up an appt for someone to return to check the install. 2 weeks later no call back.

We purchased our new refrigerator from Reno's based upon service and reputation and we are glad we did. We purchased a high end Kitchen-Aid unit and it did not cool the fridge from day 1. Reno's worked with me and replaced it with another Kitchen-Aid unit that stopped working after only a few weeks! They then worked with me again and replaced it with an LG that seems to work well.So be sure to buy from a reputable dealer and don't be afraid to buy one of the Korean brands!

I cannot commend the sales and delivery staff of Renos Appliances high enough. For the second time in 10 years they have accommodated my need to purchase a side-by-side refrigerator freezer and because I was unable to get to the showroom they kindly took my order over the phone.Suzanne R., one of their sales representatives, helped me in 2015 and again with expediting this recent transaction. Also, Nelson the delivery supervisor, made sure that the old and new refrigerators got out and in my house without damaging any walls or the soft linoleum flooring. I will continue to only buy my kitchen and laundry appliances from Renos.

After visiting Home Depot, Lowe's and a number of other appliance stores we ended up at Reno's Appliance. The difference in service quality, product knowledge and professional installation is tremendous. The employees are professional appliance salespeople, rather than people who happen to work in the appliance department of a large store. They're friendly and eager to help regardless of what your budget is. They treated our purchase of a single refrigerator no differently than what we witnessed with customers who were looking for a whole kitchen. The prices were cheaper than both Home Depot and PC Richards. Also, because the store is located in an Urban Enterprise Zone the sales tax is 50% less than you made your purchase anywhere else in the state. Finally, their installers are all Reno's employees, and they really know their stuff. They were on time, very careful with the appliance and our house, and were just a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Reno's Appliance highly enough.

Reno's has a terrific selection of appliances and more. They're very good and very knowledgeable. We've purchased an induction range, a microwave, dishwasher, and yesterday a refrigerator. While everyone has appliances, only Reno's has the FABULOUS delivery crew that came to our house yesterday. It was a difficult delivery. But the crew overcame the issues and saved the day. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond.

After visiting Home Depot, Lowe's and a number of other appliance stores we ended up at Reno's Appliance in Paterson. The difference in service quality, product knowledge and professional installation is tremendous. The employees are professional appliance salespeople, rather than just people who happen to work in the appliance department of a megastore, and it really makes a difference. Especially, when you have a million questions about everything from the features to models, brands, capacities, durability and even installation issues that are unique to your house. They're all friendly and eager to help regardless of what your budget is. They treated our purchase of a single refrigerator no differently than what we witnessed with customers who were looking for a whole kitchen. We were also surprised and thrilled to find their prices were cheaper than both Home Depot and PC Richards. To be fair, the price on the GE refrigerator we purchased was cheaper than their competitors. I don't know if all the prices are cheaper. Another nice perk of shopping at their store in Paterson is that it's located in an Urban Enterprise Zone, so the sales tax is 50% less than if you made your purchase anywhere else in the state. Finally, their installers are all Reno's employees, not contractors, and they really know their stuff. They were on time, very careful with the appliance and our house, and were just a complete pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Reno's Appliance highly enough.

My refrigerator stopped working, and we were so worried about losing all our food. We walked into Reno appliance and in about 10 mins., we were able to order a new refrigerator and set up a delivery date in 2 days. Ari who helped us was knowledgable and totally understanding about our needs. The 3 men that delivered the refrigerator were so wonderful, helpful and friendly. They even set every shelf and bin up in the fridge. We buy all our appliances at this fabulous family owned business and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Salesman was very helpful, he got us a delivery in 3 days and their crew of 3 were very courteous and work as one not tripping over each other, they were in sync. Best place ever. Note due to the political thing limited amount of refrigerator to choose from. Thanks Joe BiDUMB.
