Went to this establishment yesterday and Clark was just the best . Not only did he help me in multiple ways to get 2 new phones i didn’t have to wait very long i was in and out . If i can recommend anyone for employee of the month it would be him thank you so much Clark and if you see this don’t forget to talk to those nephews and nieces of yours . lol

I am very fortunate and please to have walked into this store. I had walked in with such a difficult situation regarding a problem on my account, and the store associate Elena quickly took initiative to assist me as soon as I walked in the store.Lassandra the (store manager) had took over the situation and gave me the BEST customer service ever!! She made sure that she did everything possible on her part to turn my negative situation into a positive one. She stood by my my side throughout the whole time providing me with the best possible solution to resolve my problem. I am very pleased and thankful for both Elena & Lassandra's dedication and commitment in giving me the highest customer care ever!!

Bad service, they don’t want to help!! Especial one pregnant girl!!. I was there for buy a new phone. But I say don’t want any ascesory for the Phone . She say me can’t continue help me , because the other team members was talk ready with my daughter, I dont understand why? We have different accounts. I not recommend this store…..!!!! I was buy the phone in The other store in fair lawn .!

Went in with an iPhone purchased in this store because I received an important email from T mobile/Sprint stating that my phone needed an upgrade before Jan 1 2022. Also the phone needed battery service. Immediately the tech started trying to sell me another phone. So again I stated the email and reasons I was there. Then I said let me read what it says. I didn’t finish the first paragraph and the tech rudely stated he was familiar with the email I received. I mentioned that he could’ve stated that. He again tried selling me a new phone. Then stated I can’t trade in my existing one until it’s serviced and working. The phone works fine. Needs a battery service that apparently the store that sold me my phone originally, does not service. Basically I received no help. I felt I was waisting his time because I wasn’t interested in a smaller or bigger phone. Just what I had. I’m thinking I’ll find another service after I go get my battery serviced at yet another store. I won’t be returning to the Paterson store after this now second time I was not helped there.

Stopped by to get an upgrade on a line i seen online due and was told that i had to pay to return the device. I checked online prior to coming and phone WAS DUE! No extra money to hand in just return device pay taxes and fees for the new one plus my downpayment. I called customer service and had them do my order and just like online no mention of money & return of device just the return, she got the same total i got thru my pc. AFTER I HAD CALLED TO MAKE SURE PHONE WAS INSTOCK. I knew something was off when the guy kept going back and forth from pc to tab telling me it wasn’t working, TEACH YOUR STAFF OR CHANGE IT! 2nd time i order thru phone instead of store smh
