worst t-mobile ever! there was a worker there that didn’t want to help with changing my dad’s phone, she didn’t even say her name but she was extremely rude and cut my dad’s line, I don’t recommend going in that t-mobile because it’s just bunch of racism. when will t-mobile take action and fire those people who don’t have a skill of brain?

I came in today to get a new phone , the t mobile specialist adriana was not helpful at all . I was asking here about prices and how much would be the phone without the charger box and she just keep turning her face to the side , like she did not wanted to help me or like she wanted to leave early or i dont know but I didn’t like that . I even saaid if she is ok ? . But did not answer anyway super bad service . I kept asking questions about the screen protector and how much would be to add but she just keep turningher face to day . Next time plzzz dont want her to helppp me . And i always go to this t mobile because i live close by but honestly she was not helpful or professional. ?

I often visit this store on my lunch break to pay my bill.. Today I was disgusted by the sales person!!!! Doors where out of order and yellow tape was in place with no signs directing you to use the side door entrance.. An older lady was trying to figure out which way to enter,I spoke to the salesperson and his response was its yellow tape in place and that’s that!!! Oh my he caught me in a very goooood mood!!! Thanks to the other employee who went directly to the senior to help her out once she arrived inside the store… Bitter for no reason!!!! How would you like your grandmother treated??????

Google should really enable the 0 stars reviews. 5 months pregnant and in a lot of pain so I always call ahead before making a trip, specially when it comes to paterson mall since elevators are never working (another review ill be posting soon). Called 3 tmobile stores to find out if they had the S21 regular screen protector in stock, 2 of the 3 said no...this T-Mobile made me wait a bit on the phone but confirmed they did have it. I explained I had the warranty to which the guy that took the call confirmed yes, we'll just confirm the account once you get here and if you qualify then itll be 0 cost. Drove there, parked, walked up the stairs, waited for some associates to get back from what looked like a bathroom or coffee break (sent out as a team), for one of them to tell me they didn't have the one I needed! Great job T-MOBILE! worst associates and location ever! You should really get rid of it! Waste of space, time, and money! Had to pay for parking for a mistake they made! ?????

Applied online for the SIM card. Wasted a month arguing with customer support online as I can not go into stores for medical reasons. When I was force to go to this store the “manager” .. Jenais F paid no attention to me and was texting on her phone while ignoring me. I was on the phone with customer support the entire time instead of her calling them she told me to call and deal with it. Finally they asked to speakTo her and I waited 15 minutes for her to come out of the back to open the account on her I pad while she also said for them to hold while she was texting openly on the table in front of me. I would just like to cancel my account and can not even do that with out returning to the store again.

This store is very unprofessional I went in today with my elderly mother to fix an issue with a order made with this store , ordered the incorrect phone Which she didn’t ask for The Manager Alex or Sergio tried to deny me access to speak to the district manager After he and another co worker was mocking my mother when she asked for help setting up her phone with a new SIM card . Laughing at my mother because she asked for their help This company isn’t going any where with employees like that Store #9556 I want to speak to your district manager for the unprofessionalism and making my mother upset with how she was treated !! This is unacceptable and I am making a complaint with T-Mobile Corporate

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! i came in for help and i wasn't helped at all. The girl that tried to "help me" had an attitude the entire time , like if i was annoying her. i yet to find a solution for my phone but i will be giving a call to the HR. T-Mobile should hire people with good customer service after all were the ones paying their bills.

Miguel as the assistant manager has a horrible approach to customers. Representatives don’t even answer the phone to greet and state their name. Unwelcoming and exactly why my services won’t be with T-Mobile. They place you on hold for over 10 minutes and don’t even state their name when asked they just quickly place you on hold again to avoid conversation and this is exactly why a manager needed to be spoken to. Hope the calls were recorded and monitored as they say they were. Horrible experiences in store and over the phone.

Great service, they honored the appointment and I was in and out in 30min. The store associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again for all my needs and make an appointment ahead of time. They followed COVID-19 protocols as needed and had plenty of staff at hand to meet the demand they had coming to the store.

Worst customer service ever and never improved in six years I’m a customer. No hope. The employees are rude and disrespectful they don’t know what they talking about, specially Valerie is the most disrespectful person ever. She offends me as a customer and definitely she doesn’t deserve to be part of the T-MOBILE team. This store is the worst store ever. I have to use the neighbor towns store to be respected as a customer. The owner should choose better the employees and they should get a better training. What a shame
