Terrible service, they make the customer wait. And the important ones do it when you tell them that it's been a long time, and on top of that they are doing nothing and without customers and you don't understand why they make you wait when there aren't even customers.

Service is very slow. I had to wait long time with only a couple of people ahead of me. I missed the due time to transfer a fund and late for work for their slow service.

There was no customer service reps available, apparently 1 went home. How do you run a business like that ? That is a busy branch…. Unbelievable
