I always have the best experience at this UPS Store! I come here often to return Amazon packages, and VK and the entire staff are absolutely amazing every single time. They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.
Highly recommend this UPS Store at 448 Chamberlain Ave. Great service, great staff, and always a positive experience!

EXCELLENT customer service, this UPS store is awesome and VK is a great human with kind heart. I would come to this store even if I have to drive 5 miles to get to it, simply because of their swift & friendly interactions

Worse experience ever !!!!!avoid robin and manager VK is rude . They returned my package to UPS for no unknown reason and wouldn’t even offer help for my situation . Avoid this place

had a genuinely great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was courteous, efficient, and really knowledgeable — they helped me with a complicated shipping request without making me feel rushed. The store was clean and organized, and I appreciated how smoothly everything went from the moment I walked in. It’s clear that customer service is a priority at this location. I’ll definitely return for both shipping and printing needs!
