I asked them to do the back seat well because I have a dog and was putting a back seat hammock. The back was almost untouched looking. Horrible job they didn't even wipe my seats. Ill never go there again and waist my money.

My experience with Hank's Auto Spa was amazing. I am very happy with the cleaning of my car. The owner was very friendly. He talked to me and told me about the service they offered and just as he told me, my car was spotless and super clean inside and out. The tires and rims were very shiny and clean. The staff was very friendly and they worked fast and very well. I finally found the right place to wash my car and I will be returning to Hanks Auto Spa soon. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who likes their car hand washed and cleaned in detail.

The car was left as it was when it arrived, they didn't vacuum it and the dust was left under the mats, they didn't clean anything inside, they just wiped it with a damp cloth and that's it, the mirrors are foggy, and they made it clear that I should pay the platinum that It is supposedly the best of all washing methods.Very disappointed in the service this is my first and last time at this place.The car was left as such as it arrived, they did not vacuum and the dust was left under the mats, they did not clean anything on the inside they only passed a damp cloth and that's it, the mirrors are fogged, and he made it clear that he pays for the platinum which is supposedly the best of all washing modalities.Very disappointed with the service is my first and last time in this place.

The owner/manager/cashier is always pleasant and ensures customers are aware of their membership program, but that is the highlight of this establishment. Nothing about the washes that I have received as of late justify the nearly $30 price point of their highest wash option. The hand wash and ceramic wax are a nice touch, but the employees need to pay more attention to detail when cleaning interiors. I am aware that this is not a full-"detail" service, but there is no excuse for areas that are clearly visible/accessible to not be vacuumed. The sides of my seats were left untouched as well as underneath my mats. This is basic stuff. The only reason that I would ever return is due to the close distance from my barbershop when exiting the city or if I was in a rush.

It changed names to hanks. Ok service they refuse to wipe down the tires before putting the tire dressing on when spoke. I told the person doing it wipe down before and just ignored me. I spoke to them in spanish.
