On 11/30/25 I was in the Paterson NJ Cubesmart to move my storage to a smaller unit when I witnessed your employee Andre H. handle a situation with a Latinx customer who did not speak English well give him a hard time. Andre stayed professional as he used Google Translate on his phone to assist the customer. When the customer began to get a little combative Andre never broke. He was able to call a coworker who spoke Spanish (I didn't get her name) to help him and he was able to finish the transaction with the customer. He apologized to myself and another customer who waited patiently our turns. As someone who worked as a retail store manager for 25 years I truly appreciate how Andre handled the situation with the customer and still provided excellent service to myself and the other customer waiting. I had my storage here for bout 8 years and I don't vist it offen an when I don't it stinks mouse feces's an urine all on /over my my clothes and other things damaged some stuff I had to throw out they don't work with you when you go rough patches in life its pay or auctioned off.get rid of the rodens and help or work with the customers who been loyal for years i be moving my things out in a mouth or 2 right across the street to u-haul i have a friend who use them an said they awesome their and they actually work with you before you get to the auction park

My experience here has not been the best. I've had some of my property damaged due to a leak in the pipe above my unit. But I'm thankful for Thalia for helping me and my family though the process of it all. She was very friendly, helpful and understanding about the situation and I just want to say thank you.
