Zohdi and the office manager , were very helpful and courteous, moving it’s very stressful , but their assistance in positive kind approach made a huge difference. I’m grateful for their help and I hope that you can clone these two ladies because it’s not easy to find workers like them, that make a positive impact on the customers.

This location deserves FIVE STARS because of the professionalism, the organization of the store, the cleanliness of the store, and the polite representative that shared valuable information to help with my rental. I would definitely recommend this location.

I didn't get the young woman's name who checked my truck in but she was excellent. Professional and fast. I was able to return and checked-in truck in probably 30 seconds. Great service.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN PUTTING IN YOUR CARD I HAVE SUFFERED A FRAUD ON THEIR PART SINCE I MADE A SERVICE AND I HAD ALREADY PAID WITH A TICKET INCLUDED AND AFTER DAYS I CHECKED MY APP AND THEY CHARGED ME $120 AGAIN without my authorization without calling me to tell me What happened or because I went to the store and they didn't give me a solution, they didn't know why the charge since no one had or called me, a lady answered who promised to call me in a few days to find out what happened and it's been two weeks and they still haven't answered anything. When calling, please be very careful with the card you use. I don't recommend it for anything in the world. I don't care about the amount, but I will report them because that is not done and the staff you have are of absolutely no use. Thank you for ruining my day.

??????????STAY AWAY. SHORT TEMPERED, UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE ARROGANT HORRIBLE SERVICE. On Saturday February 10th at approximately 11 A.M I went into Uhaul of Paterson expecting to be treated with hospitality, Instead I was greeted with very stern bothersome faces by both the manager and the receptionist. They appeared as though they didn't want to be there. They had the energy as if I was bothering them. I stated I wanted to rent a cargo van and she began the check in. At this time I was informed that they only take "Major Credit cards" so I asked if I can run my "Amex" and see if it will go through being that it's a "Secured card". After the failed attempt the young lady behind the desk got very unprofessional . She said " I TOLD YOU ONLY MAJOR CARDS" while progressively raising the volume and anger of her voice. I apologized and stated my wife and I have been there before and used a very similar card on two separate occasions. She got even more upset insinuating I was telling lies. I calmly told her I would be back with a card. She then proceeded to whisper "DIQUE" to the manager. Which basically means "Yeah Right" in Spanish. I went home and got a card returned and her facial expressions got even more animated. You can cut the tension in the room with a knife. Her attitude and body language got worse. I then stated I needed 10 medium sized boxes. She said "Go Get Them It's Right There" ...So I turned around bagan to pick up some medium boxes that were stacked and attempted to separate them. At that point I was shocked when I heard the shout of the manager and receptionist at the same time "SCREAM LOUDLY" ,WHOAA WHOAA WHOAA!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!! While the manager follows right up with a Snotty "RIGHT THERE" RIGHT THERE" YOU DON'T SEE IT?? BEHIND YOU!! BEHIND YOU!!. at this point I wanted to leave. But I didn't want to make a scene . I didn't need to let them deter me from my goal. Between a "Sea of boxes", that caused confusion , they're Hostile behavior, and the pressure of relocating"IT WAS A STRESSFUL NIGHTMARE. It was so bad I forgot all My Packing supplies, The Dollies, the Hand Truck, Tape, cushions. So much turmoil that morning for no reason, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I'm not sure if she got mad in the beginning when she started to speak to me in Spanish and I responded in English. My Spanish is not that good for technical terms and legal paperwork talk. I'm sorry but they know nothing about customer service, Empathy or politeness. No smiles, no effort, very rude, arrogant and mind you there's 4 other customers seeing this.I was also a Waiter for years. I know great service. Embarrassing to say the least. I'm a father who works as a professional Machine Adjuster, I'm the Lead Pressman for a Medical Packaging company. Born and raised in the city of Paterson. I'm pretty sure I can handle a few boxes if things would've gotten messy.I felt belittled, embarrassed like a scorn child. If I can give no stars that would be my first option.. HORRIBLE.

I drove for 78 miles then filled up the tank with gas right before dropping it then i got a bill for driving over 100 miles and a 30$ refill fee for dropping the van with 2 lines of gas only. i went to them in person to prove that they didn't even take a look at the van before issuing the invoice. then spoke to a manager that said she will fix it tomorrow... i have a feeling that i will be visiting them soon to see they've done nothing!
