Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
Before visiting Straight Motor Sales, I did read a few reviews mentioning hidden fees I wouldn’t call them hidden, just not clearly noted. But once I arrived at the dealership, everything was explained honestly and upfront.
I first met Johnny, who went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable with the process. He even took extra time to help get some things done to the vehicle that I couldn’t take care of myself since I had driven in from another area that really stood out to me.
Carlos, the manager, was also excellent. He helped make the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”
