Good luck at getting your prescriptions here. This site is more of a health clinic than a pharmacy. Be prepared to give yourself 20-30 minutes to wait in a line that doesn't move. They could also use a day care center just to wait in the area for your prescriptions. Very frustrating monthly journey.

Honestly I was really happy to have a Walgreens nearby however after today I will not be going here anymore. I had a fedex package that was time sensitive that needed to be sent out today, overnight. I dropped it off at 4:30pm. Latest drop off pick up here is at 6pm. I called because I did not receive any updates on my tracking number. They told me to call back at 10. Fine I called back at 10pm and the two girls Amaniah and I didn't get the other ones name were constantly putting me on hold or hanging up. When they did pick up, they stated it was picked up, and when I asked for confirmation, they said wait hold on then click. I drove down there and asked kindly if it was sent out. She got the package from inside and said no and that it would be sent out tomorrow at 6pm. I clearly paid for it to be sent out overnight with priority express. Absolutely ridiculous.

The prices are certainly fair. And the pharmacists provide excellent service. If I were rating this Walgreens (at 750 Main Street in Paterson, NJ) by the pharmacy services alone, I'd give the place a top rating--five stars. For years, this drug store (conveniently located right by St. Joseph's Hospital) has been where I get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacists have always been very helpful, and really have gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. They are knowledgeable, caring people. They're the only reason I remain a customer of this pharmacy.Over the years I've been distressed by the way the public restroom is maintained. More often than should be the case, it's not hygenic. There have been times when I've been disgusted by the condition (finding the floor soaking wet, with toilet paper on the floor, and so on). I would expect that a drug store--especially one right across the street from a good hospital like St. Joseph's--would make maintaining good hygiene a high priority. But they seem not to care too much about the condition of the public bathroom. The other places where I shop do much better jobs. If I go, for example, to the Little Falls Shoprite, I know the bathrooms will be impeccable, and you can see signed log sheets showing the bathrooms are inspected every two hours, all day long. That's a good way to do things. But when I stopped in the bathroom at the Walgreens this week (late June 2021), the log indicated the bathroom had been inspected three times in the month of February, three times in the month of March, once in the April, and none in May or June. That skimpy inspection log seems to reflect a careless or indifferent attitude. And I wonder--if the store cares so little about hygiene in areas that the public can see, does it care about hygiene in areas we can't see, where food items and medicines might be stored?
