They have a mess going on go fill a rx that the insurance is already approved and they wont fill it mind you its a pain med i had back surgery now i have to be in pain because they choose not to fill it because the insurance is covering it already very disappointed im more upset that monday they said Tuesday then tuesday on Wednesday and now they say Thursday have to call the insurance to change pharmacy

The staff are so disrespectful, not all the them the young spanish guy that works the counter. I like to see him, he makes my day... but some others only help who they want too help.
I wish they had an earlier open than 8am..When the staff was respectful and more willing to help. I definitely will change my location for my medications.

I entered the store to purchase a green dot prepaid debit card. The store associate gave me a green dot money pak card. I spent $26. It was the wrong card. I returned to the Walgreens store 5005 in Paterson . Not only did they not resolve the issue with the mistake their employee made I was force to pay another $24 for the right card . I called Walgreens corporate and they also refused to help. I basically lost $26 for the mistake of a company employee. Walgreens corporate does not stand for the mistakes made by their own employees. I would advise anyone who reads not to shop at Walgreens. Their customer service is dangerously poor and not up to par with other stores.

This is the worst walgreens I have ever encountered. I called to inquire the availability of a medication and was told that the medication was available and the RX would be refilled and ready in 30 minutes. This was 8:30 am at 1:30 pm the Rx was still in progress and I was then told it would be ready the next morning. The next morning when I checked the status changed to out of stock and when I called I was purposely put on hold and left there until a revording said the phone was out of service and to call back later. This Walgreens is located in one of the worst areas in Paterson so I shouldn't be surprised at the service.

This Walgreens needs help very bad I have been at this Walgreens every week for the last 3 weeks and the medication aisles are empty the only thing they care about in this store or potato chips and soda they don't care about the consumer looking for pills stationary stuff things for medication this store has a very bad management and very bad customer service corporate really needs to step in and shut this down

This pharmacy is the worst, last year a lady told me they were giving gift cards, I gave her all my personal information thinking I was applying for a supposedly gift card. When the card came in I didn't know it was a credit card, I was using it without knowing it was a credit card. When bills started coming to my house I couldn't believe my eyes. That's why I closed the account under my name, but they wanted me to pay for something I didn't ask for. I was about to confront the lady who lie to my face saying that this was a "gift card" not a credit card. It seems she is not working there anymore. This is the reason why I don't take anything they're giving you don't know what kind of tricks they will use to convince you to apply for something that will cause you your credit score.
