I had no issue withdrawing my money, however there was a homeless person sleeping inside the atm booth area, and it smelled horrible. It made me feel very unsafe withdrawing money and uncomfortable having to smell

Today I went to this wells fargo location and I have a wonderful experience with the armed security guard that was working there very respectful, kind and helpful he provided the best service ever we had a great interaction also I feel 1000% percent going to this location knowing that there is a security officer willing to serve and protect, but the other employees who work here wasn't so welcome it took almost 30 min before I could get a bank teller attention

My grandmother went to the bank about 20 years ago. It became my bank about 15 or 10 years later and although I wasn't a fan of the bank itself I do like this branch in particular. Friendly and good service.

The staff here is great and friendly. However, your experience with staff is over shadowed by the fact that you have to wait forever and that they are extremely under staffed. There are at least 6 teller windows but often only one working. This is an extremely busy location and it leads you to wonder how they treat their staff....

So i go in asking for change today , i asked the teller for 100 in singles and other fractions. He gives me at least 10 dollars in ripped bills which i photo'ed some . Please never leave bank without counting or checking the bills because if not they will try and get over which is not right for the customer.

I stepped into the branch to use the ATM AT at 140 pm on Saturday afternoon. There was only one ATM functioning so there was a line, I left the bank at 201, by the time I reached one car 2 minutes later the parking lot was locked with my car in it until Monday morning. Customer service was absolutely no help, I had to explain the situation like 5 times. Not sure if they outsource their customer service overseas. I will be closing my account!!!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I went there a week or so ago to open up a claim about a atm transaction. The banker named Randy Brito seem very helpful at first but after he "supposed" help me. He told me that I would get a call from the resolution center in a couple of days. I called him twice and he snap at me, gave me attitude and apparently didn't do he's job like he was suppose to, because the resolution center never received anything notes or a copy of a receipt I gave him. To send it out to them. The guy made it seem like it was wrong for me (a customer for many years). To ask him a simple question, about my situation! He basically gave him an tone and lied saying I call him ever other day! Clearly this guy doesn't know what he's doing at a bank. If he makes it seem like two phones calls, was more like a phone call a day. Guess he doesn't know he's math and he works at a bank! I'm getting tired of these Wells Fargo bankers and there nasty attitude and lazy disposition. If you don't like what you do go find another job because after another mislead and unhelpful encounter with this bank. I'm going to switch banks and never look back!!!!

Atms never work. They are always put of service or do not accept deposit. It's really annoying
