Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I went there a week or so ago to open up a claim about a atm transaction. The banker named Randy Brito seem very helpful at first but after he "supposed" help me. He told me that I would get a call from the resolution center in a couple of days. I called him twice and he snap at me, gave me attitude and apparently didn't do he's job like he was suppose to, because the resolution center never received anything notes or a copy of a receipt I gave him. To send it out to them. The guy made it seem like it was wrong for me (a customer for many years). To ask him a simple question, about my situation! He basically gave him an tone and lied saying I call him ever other day! Clearly this guy doesn't know what he's doing at a bank. If he makes it seem like two phones calls, was more like a phone call a day. Guess he doesn't know he's math and he works at a bank! I'm getting tired of these Wells Fargo bankers and there nasty attitude and lazy disposition. If you don't like what you do go find another job because after another mislead and unhelpful encounter with this bank. I'm going to switch banks and never look back!!!!
