Just went for a positive cable..saying I know nothing about cars..served 70 dollars worth of cable..the mechanic looked at me and we went back to the store..had cables already done..but makes more of you not knowing anything..don't trust them

Was there this morning and Eric was very pleasant. He helped me select the part I needed and install it for my head light.

Sales person was distracted by other employees. I needed assistance asked a question which he answered but instead of helping get the proper item was more interested in finishing his conversation.

Unfortunately the prices for some parts are beyond reasonable which has forced me to shop for some parts online. But still go here to recycle oil and a few items from time to time.

The manager (I think? Middle-aged Hispanic woman with dark red hair) was inexperienced and pretty rude. At first she didn't know how to install a battery in my car (she had to ask the younger associate who had only done it once before which way the + sign went). Then when I later found out the battery wasn't the issue, she WAS kind enough to allow it to be returned. However, when I came back to do the return, she couldn't even stand there and have a conversation with me about the pros and cons of switching back my old battery - instead she kept walking around and yelling her answers to me without much consideration. Again, I appreciated the fact that she was willing to do the return, but she could have been less of a jerk about it. The young lady who gave me insight as to why my old battery actually was the problem was nice though.

Went to get parts for my car. The associate working the counter was great. He asked his manager a question and she knew right away what the answer was. She said her name was Makayla. Great store and great manager . Both was very knowledgeable

Very good customer service I went in to get oil for my car and a lady named Makayla was really helpful she told me everything i needed and picked everything out for me 5/5 stars definitely going back for anything I need for my car
