Friendly people. Entrance is on southwest corner. Check in with guard, park in spots across from docks and check in at shipping/receiving door by dock 1. Nearest parking is TA which is gated and costs $25 for overnight, no free parking there over 2 hours.

Today my appointment to deliver was at 1:00 p.m.
I arrived early at 9:00 a.m. The guard at the entrance gave me intructions, so l went to the office that is near dook 1 and the lady who helped me told me that they were going to unload me in dook 1 and that I should break my seal and it took them about an hour to unload my truck. I can say. that I had an excellent day to deliver at this Exxon plant in Paulsboro, excellent work and thanks all team of work ✅👍

I read reviews about early arrival for appointment. My appointment is at 14:00. I arrived at 12:00. They said to wait 2 hours.They kicked me out of the area, although there was plenty of space and I wasn't bothering anyone. The fact that there was no truck parking nearby, the security guard said, was not his problem. Disgusting attitude towards drivers.

Arrived 4 hours early for appointment. 2 min at guard shack, 10 min at shipping office, 45 min in dock and I'm gone!!! Thanks guys!!

Miserable rude woman working at front desk. I don’t understand why if you are not a people person or you are mean spirited why continue to work in an environment that is designed to deal with customers. It’s sad and this company is gonna have a lot of drivers refusing to come here because of one employee.
