Intelco installed our countertop and a couple months later we discovered an allignment issue with the peninsula. We contacted them, they came out and inspected the counter and agreed there was an issue and came up with a plan to resolve it. The next week, they came onsite and fixed the affected piece of quartz. That's what you want in a company, to know they have your back if needed. I would definitely work with Intelco again.

The fellows who measured were courteous and quick , but accurate . When 2 other men returned to install the countertop the fit was absolutely spot on ! Perfect edges and fit.One more step to go for the backsplash, which has to be measured for AFTER the countertop installation. I expect the fit and finish will be absolutely top notch as the countertop is .

These guys are a TOTAL joke. The refused to remove my old countertop because of possibly damaging my cabinets. They told me to get someone to remove them first. Why would I do that. Home Depot uses them for installation. I'm about to cancel my order with Depot!!! They are a scam. DO NOT use these people!!!!

Very disappointed with Intelco. My customer's kitchen countertop started coming apart due to Intelco's mistake of leaving out a dishwasher shield when they installed the countertop. So then the moisture from running the dishwasher caused the countertop to swell and come apart as you can see in the picture. The kitchen is very small and it would not be expensive to just swap out the countertop with a new one but so far Intelco has refused and I am very surprised and very disappointed with Intelco.

If I could leave negative stars I would!Purchased a 2 piece counter top from Home Depot on 11/13/2022. HD uses Intelco to fabricate and install. BUT, Intelco does not stock any material. I was promised a 2 to 3 week turn around from HD. It took Intelco shy of 2 weeks just to make an appointment for the template, which they cancelled the 1st appointment because their employees did not show up for work. The day the template was done, the installer from Intelco told me about a week for finished product.Just received an email from them insisting the countertop is not late and SHOULD be in by the beginning of January.Ordinarily, I would not be too upset by the delay, but HD and Intelco knew the dates were important because there are special circumstances as to why I needed an install by 12/31/2022.The customer service people at Intelco are beyond rude and uncaring. Since this is HD's go to for countertops, I would recommend you to shop else where.

Not very friendly. Home Depot uses them for installs and it’s like a bother to deal with customers. Service manager was also rude which made me laugh when I heard his title.

Do not use these guys. They used a crowbar to remove old countertops. They misaligned our cabinets by doing so. Then we were told to fix it ourseleves did that and now they are charing us a fee of $504 to level it even though it is in 1/4th of an inch for 3 cm Granite and will not cut out our sink even though we paid it through home depot. See pictures below

I was told to buy a sink, have it shipped to them and that they would bring it the day they installed our counters. They only brought the base, and left the other parts to the sink at their office. I was quite okay with that, people make mistakes. My plumber was coming the next day to install the sink, they assured me it would be fine, I was leary, i called Stephanie they day my sink was suppose to be installed and she said that's all the plumber would need. Well. The plumber needed other parts that Intelco had forgot, ended up charging me $187 more, now Intelco wont pay the difference. REALLY?... you people forgot MY parts. I paid them over $7k, and they wont pay my extra plumbing bill .i even sent them a receipt. They said it was not clear enough, it was, plenty clear! Now, as I do this review, I can see why they have 3 stars!

Bought a countertop through Home Depot. After install, I Did not realize I only got a one year warranty. How disappointing. They don’t even stand by their product. I ordered a rounded edge so I wouldn’t have a seam at the edge. But instead of rounding the Formica over the “rounded” edge they used two pieces and a seam is there. They also put a seam right where the sink is, the wettest part of the the countertop. Then the installer proceeded to tell me that they used a lesser quality wood material on the small piece of countertop that goes between my stove and my refrigerator. Never again.

Quartz countertop was installed yesterday. Patrick and his team were wonderful. Patrick was professional in the installation as well as explaining techniques and processes to the rest of his crew. Everything looks amazing.
