“Who knew how expensive it is to get pleats hemmed!! I took my dress to Irina Sigal with plenty of time and she wanted over $400 to tailor my dress! I took it to Sung Cleaner (my local cleaner) and tailor (who does all my normal tailoring) and I am pretty sure she charged me ~$75. She explained she was not able to make exact pleats again, but would HAND IRON every one to make it look as good as possible. This woman was a god send and I loved it!!”

“Great little laundromat with 5 different sizes of washers and massive dryers. A little on the pricey side, but I can get ~2 weeks of laundry done all in one go. There’s always carts and folding tables available but not a ton of seating. The staff has always been friendly and work hard to keep the place clean. Location is also conveniently located next to CVS and Supremo, so you can get a snack/do shopping while you wait.”

“I came there because I was a bit too fat for an older suit and had to go to a funeral.
The tailor there was very helpful and understanding of my fat arse and gave very good advice to help minimize the tailoring needed. He said don't worry too much about the jacket button just squeeze it on and shake everyone's hands then unbutton, you'll be fine.
Very easy and successful experience (the waist fits very comfortably). Great guys there.”
“Best place for alterations in the city! I’ve taken numerous things here to get hemmed from a bridesmaid dress, to a pair of pants. Every time they make sure it’s exactly how I want it & prices and turn around time are extremely reasonable. I’ve referred many people here and have only heard great things! She did not have the necessary equipment for such a quick job, but she gave me fantastic advice on where to go. “Clean, different options for load sizes and costs, machines are in good working order, and there's even a fun vintage "pinball" machine where you win a ball with each play (25¢) ~ would give full 5 stars but on a hot day, even with fans, it's really hot (but I'd prefer that to higher costs to use the machines). There's a box with donated books & a magazine bin and a few other donated odds & ends ~ very obviously a caring community.”

“Today was my first time using this laundromat and I was pleased with my experience. I called ahead to verify the hours of operation and last load, when I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Valerie. It was already about 9:30 when I called but she was still so understanding and polite. She asked me how much laundry I had and welcomed me to come by!
Ms Valerie welcomed me as a new customer and made small talk with me, but she never stopped working. There was a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks that are reasonably priced. Yet Ms Valerie let me know there was free coffee and cookies available on a back table. She was very welcoming, her customer service was top tier.
When I arrived it was busy but there were plenty of washers and dryers still available. I was a little shocked to see the smallest washers were $4.25 though. I found that to be kind of high until I realized they are big enough to fit 2 loads in each. However, I do wish they had a few regular size, one load washers available. The machines all look new and very well maintained and the place was clean. I didn’t use the bathroom but they do have one available for customers.
The dryers get really hot so everything dried on the first cycle. There’s signage on the wall that says what not to dry. They offer “wash & fold” services as well, or “drop & pickup”.”

“New to the area but plan on staying for a while! Although I plan on getting a washer and dryer I don’t have one at the present moment with dirty clothes piling up. I am busy nurse/mama so I am into convenience. I walked in with a couple of loads and a blanket and dropped them off. Price was reasonable, she even worked with me on not drying my throw blanket, offered bleach, got the loads done before my shift! Overall I will be back even after I get my washer and dryer! “This laundromat was very convenient and easy to find, given that we just moved to the area. My neighbor recommended it to me, and I was pleased to find it quiet and clean, with friendly people. I was grateful for the fully stocked vending machine because I had forgotten my detergent. Washers and dryers are plentiful, and the parking is easy as well.”
